Who is Committed Ag?

Committed Ag began in 2009 as a local supplier of crop storage solutions in Lethbridge, Alberta. Our team is humbled and proud to be a part of the Canadian agriculture community.
Like you, we are focused on farming and keeping the strong bond of family and relationships alive in all aspects of our business.
In 2019, Committed Ag set an agreement with Novatex Italia, the leading and most innovative net wrap manufacturer in the world. Thanks to the joint venture, our aligned values for agriculture success has allowed Committed Ag to add international dimension to it’s portfolio and continue to provide stable and long-lasting products to our valued customers.

The challenge of sustainability

Committed Ag is partner of Novatex Italia which is a leading company in plastic reduction. Thanks to its innovative technology, Novatex offers stronger but lighter net wraps: a great step ahead in reducing plastic in the hay baling sector.

Committed Ag remains committed to supporting all suppliers of fodder protection products in stimulating the responsible use of plastics and initiating projects for a circular economy.

First target: recycling.

Committed Ag is part of Clean Farms in Canada which is a group that is responsible for Agriculture Plastics Recycling. Especially we are a member of the Saskatchewan Grain Bag Recycling Program and also part of the Alberta Pilot Project for Ag Plastics Recycling through Clean Farms. These projects stimulate collaboration among producers, distributors and farmers to collect and return plastic grain bags, plastic silage covers and stretch films for recycling.

In 2019, Committed AG entered into a partnership with Novatex Group, the world’s leading and most innovative manufacturer of wrapping nets. This joint venture has given Committed AG a new international dimension. Committed AG’s task is to promote advanced solutions for forage protection in the Canadian and North American markets.
